We want you to be happy with your canvas.
Custom orders
Every canvas is made individually from your photo and chosen options. Therefore, under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the 14-day no-reason return right does not apply to custom-made goods.
However, if something is wrong with your canvas, we will always help.
When you can return or replace a canvas
Damaged parcel
If the canvas was damaged in transit, we will make and send you a new one free of charge.
Manufacturing defect
If you notice a printing or manufacturing defect, we will replace the canvas or refund your money.
Our mistake
If we printed the wrong photo, size or orientation, we will fix it free of charge.
How to submit a claim
- Within [14] days of receiving the parcel, email us at [email].
- Include your order number and briefly describe the problem.
- Attach photos of the canvas and the packaging.
- We will reply within 2 business days and offer a solution.
Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method.
