Terms and conditions
Terms of purchase at the ccanvas.lt online store.
1. General provisions
These terms set out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller when purchasing goods at the ccanvas.lt online store.
Seller: [company name / full name], code [company code], VAT code [if applicable], address [address], email [email], phone [phone].
By placing an order, the buyer confirms having read and accepted these terms.
2. Placing an order
The buyer selects a product and its options (style, size, orientation), uploads a photo and places the order. The sales contract is concluded when the buyer receives the order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes. Delivery within Lithuania is free. We start processing the order once payment is received.
4. Production and delivery
Products are made within 3 business days after payment and delivered to the parcel locker chosen by the buyer (Omniva or LP Express). Delivery times are approximate and may be extended due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.
5. Photos and copyright
The buyer confirms having the right to use the submitted photo and that it does not infringe third-party rights. The seller is not responsible for poor results caused by a low-quality photo. The seller may refuse an order if the photo content is illegal or offensive.
Buyer photos are used only to fulfil the order. We use photos of finished work for advertising only with the buyer's consent.
6. Returns
Products are made to order, so the 14-day no-reason return right does not apply. Damaged or defective products are replaced or refunded under the conditions on the “Returns” page.
7. Liability
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The seller is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details or by the parcel delivery service. Colours on screen may differ slightly from colours on canvas.
8. Final provisions
Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
These terms are effective from [date].
